The PSTP is excited to announce that Ronit (Papai) Kar, a current MS3, was recently recognized with several awards at the 2024 International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH) meeting. Not only did he receive an Early Career Award, but Papai was also selected for a Philadelphia Congress Local Organizing Committee Legacy Fund award! The Early Career Award acknowledges the exceptional quality of Papai’s work and supports his travel to the congress.
While at the event, Papai presented two posters. He conducted his PSTP research in the lab of Susan Shea, PhD.
